# Facebook Sizing Guide

## This guide provides media specifications and limitations for publishing on Facebook. Follow these guidelines to ensure your content meets platform requirements.

### Limitations

- Videos on regular page posts: Up to 10GB and 4 hours.
- Up to 10MB for images on page posts.

### Media Specifications

**Facebook Stories - Photo**

- File type: .jpeg, .bmp, .png, .gif, .tiff
- File size: Up to 4MB (for .png, recommended not exceeding 1MB)

**Facebook Stories - Video**

- File type: .mp4 (recommended)
- Aspect ratio: 9 x 16
- Resolution: 1080 x 1920 pixels (recommended), minimum 540 x 960 pixels
- Frame rate: 24 to 60 FPS
- Duration: 3 to 90 seconds (Reels published as stories on pages cannot exceed 60 seconds)

**Facebook Reels**

- File type: .mp4 (recommended)
- Aspect ratio: 9 x 16
- Resolution: 1080 x 1920 pixels (recommended), minimum 540 x 960 pixels
- Frame rate: 24 to 60 FPS
- Duration: 3 to 90 seconds (Reels published as stories on pages cannot exceed 60 seconds)
