    No. Only reviews on your own verified Business locations are accessible.

    Usually yes, but limited by Google’s API retention policies.

    No. Review responses must be made within your Google Business dashboard.

  4. Q: Are reviewer names and photos shown?
    If made public by the reviewer, yes.

  5. Q: Can I see the location each review applies to?
    Yes. Location metadata is included when multi-location access is configured.

  6. Q: Do I get notified about new negative reviews?
    You can configure alerts in Analyse for sentiment or rating thresholds.

  7. Q: Can I track review trends over time?
    Yes. Reviews are timestamped and can be visualised in dashboards.

  8. Q: Why are some reviews redacted or unavailable?
    The content may have been flagged or removed by Google.

  9. Q: Are star ratings always included?
    Yes. Ratings are a core field in Google Reviews data.

  10. Q: Can Analyse track reviews from mobile or desktop users separately?
    No. Device-level metadata is not included in the API.
