Learn how to access and navigate reports in Engage to track performance.
Where to Find Reports
- Click on the Reports tab in the Engage navigation menu.
- Select the report type you want to view.
- Use the filters to refine data by date, team, agent, or ticket status.
Types of Reports Available
- Queue Activity Report – Tracks queue size and agent output.
- User Performance Report – Measures individual agent productivity.
- Ticket Performance Report – Tracks volumes and team outputs.
How to Export Reports
- Click the Export button to download the report in CSV or JPG format.
- Adjust the date range and filters before exporting for more precise insights.
