How do I access reports in Engage?

Learn how to access and navigate reports in Engage to track performance.

Where to Find Reports

  1. Click on the Reports tab in the Engage navigation menu.
  2. Select the report type you want to view.
  3. Use the filters to refine data by date, team, agent, or ticket status.

Types of Reports Available

  • Queue Activity Report – Tracks queue size and agent output.
  • User Performance Report – Measures individual agent productivity.
  • Ticket Performance Report – Tracks volumes and team outputs.

How to Export Reports

  • Click the Export button to download the report in CSV or JPG format.
  • Adjust the date range and filters before exporting for more precise insights.
