# How do I label mentions in Analyse?

## Organise your mentions efficiently by assigning tags for better categorisation and tracking.

### **How to Use Tags in Analyse**

#### **1. Assigning Tags Manually**

- Navigate to the **Mentions** tab.
- Select a mention and click on the **Tag** icon.
- Choose an existing tag or create a new one.
- The mention will now be labeled with the selected tag.

#### **2. Using Tags for Organization**

- **Group Similar Mentions** – Use tags to label complaints, compliments, or product feedback.
- **Track Specific Topics** – Assign tags to mentions related to campaigns, competitors, or key issues.
- **Facilitate Reporting** – Filter mentions by tags for easier data analysis.

#### **3. Searching and Filtering by Tags**

- Go to the **Filters Panel** in the **Mentions** tab.
- Select one or multiple tags to view only the mentions labeled with those tags.

- Categorising mentions based on customer feedback topics.
- Labeling crisis-related mentions for easier tracking.
