Actions You Can Take on Comments
- Like – Acknowledge a positive customer comment.
- Hide – Make a comment visible only to the author (Facebook-specific).
- Delete – Remove a comment entirely if inappropriate.
How to Manage Comments
- Open the ticket containing the comment.
- Click on the action menu next to the comment.
- Select Like, Hide, or Delete based on platform permissions.
Platform-Specific Restrictions
- Facebook allows hiding comments, while X does not.
- Deleting a comment may require additional admin permissions.
