Actions You Can Take on Comments

  • Hide – Make a comment visible only to the author (Facebook-specific).
  • Delete – Remove a comment entirely if inappropriate.

How to Manage Comments

  1. Open the ticket containing the comment.
  2. Click on the action menu next to the comment.
  3. Select Like, Hide, or Delete based on platform permissions.

Platform-Specific Restrictions

  • Facebook allows hiding comments, while X does not.
  • Deleting a comment may require additional admin permissions.
