## Learn how to translate customer messages in Engage for better understanding.
#### **How to Translate a Mention**
1. Open the ticket containing the message.
2. Click the **Translate** button next to the mention.
3. Select the target language from the dropdown list.

- Verify the **accuracy of automated translations** before responding.
- Use **preset responses** if available in the customer's language.
