# How do I view individual mentions in Analyse?

## Learn how to access and analyse detailed mention data.

### **How to View an Individual Mention**

#### **1. Navigate to the Mentions Tab**

- Go to the **Mentions** tab in Analyse.
- Use filters or search keywords to find specific mentions.

#### **2. Click on a Mention**

- Clicking a mention will open its detailed view, showing: 
    - **Full Post Content** – The original mention text.
    - **Sentiment Label** – Sentiment (Positive, Neutral, or Negative).
    - **Priority Level** – High, Medium, or Low priority.
    - **Author Information** – Username and engagement metrics.
    - **Tags** – Any custom tags applied.

#### **3. Take Action on a Mention**

- From the detailed mention view, you can:  
    - **Apply Tags** – Add or remove relevant tags.

- - **Export Mention Data** – Download the mention for further analysis.
    - You cannot change the sentiment of a mention, you can flag it with your account director if you think it has been incorrectly assigned.
