How to View an Individual Mention

1. Navigate to the Mentions Tab

• Go to the Mentions tab in Analyse.
• Use filters or search keywords to find specific mentions.

2. Click on a Mention

• Clicking a mention will open its detailed view, showing:
  • Full Post Content – The original mention text.
  • Sentiment Label – Assigned sentiment (Positive, Neutral, or Negative).
  • Priority Level – High, Medium, or Low priority.
  • Author Information – Username and engagement metrics.
  • Tags – Any custom tags applied.

3. Take Action on a Mention

• From the detailed mention view, you can:
  • Change Sentiment – Adjust if necessary.
  • Apply Tags – Add or remove relevant tags.
  • Mark as High Priority – Escalate mentions needing immediate attention.
  • Export Mention Data – Download the mention for further analysis.
