How to Add Average Google Reviews, HelloPeter, and TrustPilot Scores to Reports
We’ve introduced a feature to simplify competitive benchmarking: average review scores for Google Reviews, HelloPeter, and TrustPilot are now available in both the comparison table and commentary box. This makes it easier to surface brand sentiment at a glance, because when you’re evaluating performance, context matters.
How It Works
We calculate the average score using a simple formula:
Average Score = Total Sum of Ratings / Number of Mentions
This provides a consistent, five-point scale average that’s easy to scan and understand.
Adding Average Scores to the Comparison Table
Here’s how to include these metrics in your comparison table:
-
Open the comparison table configuration.
-
From the column dropdown, select:
-
Average give point Google Business score
-
Average give point HelloPeter score
-
Average give point TrustPilot score
-
-
Note: You can only split rows by brand—this functionality is not available for other entity types.
Ensure that review data is being collected for each platform before applying these scores. No mentions = no average.
Including Scores in the Commentary Box
To add the same scores to the commentary box, use the following merge tags:
-
0
-
0
-
0
These tags will dynamically populate the average scores within the output, ensuring commentary stays aligned with data in the table.
