     Instagram Stories are not accessible through Meta’s public API.

  2. Q: Are private Instagram accounts included in data collection?
     No. Only public posts from Business or Creator accounts can be ingested.

  3. Q: Can I access DMs sent to my brand account?
     Yes, but only if your Business or Creator account is authorised with messaging permissions.

  4. Q: Can Analyse access hashtag-only mentions?
     Only if the post also includes your brand handle. Hashtag-only posts are excluded.

  5. Q: Will I see historical posts from my account after authorisation?
     No. Only content created after authorisation is included.

  6. Q: Are comments on influencer posts visible?
     Only if the post is public and includes a direct mention of your handle.

  7. Q: Why do some public mentions still not appear?
     Posts using dynamic features like Reels, Stories, or restricted privacy settings may not be collected.

  8. Q: Can I collect metrics like reach or impressions?
     No. Instagram’s API does not expose full engagement metrics to third parties.

  9. Q: Is content from Creator accounts treated differently?
     No. Creator and Business accounts both follow the same API rules once authorised.

  10. Q: Do I need to reconnect my account regularly?
     Yes. Tokens can expire and require reauthorisation to maintain access.
