  1. Q: Can Analyse track TikTok mentions in Stories or DMs?
     No. TikTok’s API does not support access to Stories or private messages.

  2. Q: Can I monitor competitor videos?
     No. Only data from owned and authorised Business accounts is accessible.

  3. Q: Are hashtag searches supported?
     Only if your handle is mentioned in the post. Hashtag-only posts are excluded.

  4. Q: Can I view engagement metrics like likes and shares?
     For owned posts, yes. For external content, no.

  5. Q: Will Analyse track video mentions from personal accounts?
     Not unless they are public and include a direct brand mention.

  6. Q: Can Analyse transcribe video content to identify mentions?
     No. Analyse does not currently support speech-to-text transcription for TikTok.

  7. Q: Is location metadata available?
     TikTok does not provide reliable location data for posts.

  8. Q: Do I need to reauthorise my account?
     Yes. Reauthorisation is required periodically to maintain access.

  9. Q: Why is there a delay in seeing new TikTok data?
     TikTok data is ingested periodically and not always in real-time.

  10. Q: Can I access posts with only emoji mentions of the brand?
     No. Posts must include direct text-based mentions to be detected.
