# How do I approve or reject a post?

## Learn how to review, approve, or reject posts submitted for publishing in Publish.

**Publishers and Admins** can **review, approve, or reject posts** to maintain content quality before publishing.

#### **How to Approve or Reject a Post**

1. Click **Approvals** in the navigation menu.
2. Locate posts marked **Pending Approval**.
3. Click on a post to **preview content and media**.
4. Choose one of the following: 
     - Click **Approve & Schedule** to approve the post.
     - Click **Reject** to send the post back for revision.

**Tip:** When rejecting a post, add a **comment** explaining why changes are needed.
