How to Create Notifications

1. Navigate to the Notifications Panel

  • Go to Settings > Notifications in Analyse.
  • Click Create New Notification to begin setup.

2. Configure Notification Settings

  • Trigger Type: Choose what activates the notification (e.g., mention volume spike, high-priority mentions, sentiment shifts).
  • Filters: Apply filters to narrow down notifications to specific platforms, keywords, or sentiment categories.
  • Frequency: Set how often you receive notifications (real-time, hourly, daily, or weekly).
  • Delivery Method: Select how you want to be notified (email, in-app, or external integrations like Slack).

3. Save and Activate

  • Click Save to finalise your notification settings.
  • Notifications will start triggering based on your selected criteria.

How to Manage Existing Notifications

1. View and Edit Notifications

  • Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
  • Click on any notification to modify its settings.

2. Enable or Disable Notifications

  • Use the toggle switch next to each notification to turn it on or off without deleting it.
