Sometimes a scheduled post needs to be updated or removed before publishing. In Publish, you can edit, reschedule, or delete posts easily.
How to Edit a Scheduled Post
- Click on Content Calendar in the navigation menu.
- Locate the scheduled post you want to edit.
- Click the post to open the edit screen.
- Modify the text, media, or scheduled time.
- Click Save Changes to update the post.
Tip: If the post is already approved, you may need to submit it for re-approval before changes take effect.
How to Delete a Scheduled Post
- Go to the Content Calendar.
- Find the scheduled post you want to remove.
- Click the Delete icon (trash bin) next to the post.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
Warning: Deleted posts cannot be recovered once removed.
