How do I edit or delete a scheduled post?

Learn how to modify or remove scheduled posts in Publish before they go live.

Sometimes a scheduled post needs to be updated or removed before publishing. In Publish, you can edit, reschedule, or delete posts easily.


How to Edit a Scheduled Post

  1. Click on Content Calendar in the navigation menu.
  2. Locate the scheduled post you want to edit.
  3. Click the post to open the edit screen.
  4. Modify the text, media, or scheduled time.
  5. Click Save Changes to update the post.

Tip: If the post is already approved, you may need to submit it for re-approval before changes take effect.


How to Delete a Scheduled Post

  1. Go to the Content Calendar.
  2. Find the scheduled post you want to remove.
  3. Click the Delete icon (trash bin) next to the post.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Warning: Deleted posts cannot be recovered once removed.
