How do I filter and select mentions in Analyse?

How to Filter Mentions
1. Access the Filters Panel
- Navigate to the Mentions or Trends tab.
- Click on the Filters button to expand filtering options.
2. Apply Filters
- Date Range – Select a custom date range or use predefined options.
- Sentiment – Filter mentions by Positive, Neutral, or Negative sentiment.
- Platform – Choose specific platforms like Twitter, Facebook, or News.
- Language – Narrow down mentions by language.
- Tags – Use predefined or custom tags to refine results.
- Keywords – Search for specific words within mentions.
- Author Influence – Filter by follower count or engagement metrics.
3. Combine Multiple Filters
- You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to refine your dataset further.
- Selected filters will appear as active in the filters panel, allowing you to adjust or remove them as needed.
How to Select Mentions
1. Manual Selection
- Click on individual mentions to highlight and select them.
- Selected mentions will remain active until deselected.
2. Bulk Selection
- Use the Select All checkbox to choose multiple mentions at once.
- You can apply actions (e.g., tagging, exporting) to all selected mentions.
3. Using Saved Filters
- If you frequently use the same filter combinations, save them for quick access.
- Saved filters can be applied with a single click from the filters panel.
