How do I log into Engage?
Learn how to securely access Engage using your login credentials and OTP.
Steps to Log In
- Open Engage in your browser
- Navigate to Engage.
- Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox.
- Enter your credentials
- Input your email and password.
- Click Log In.
- Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP)
- Engage will send a 6-digit OTP to your registered email.
- Locate the email and enter the OTP within 15 minutes.
- Click Validate.
- Select Your Team (If Applicable)
- If your organisation has multiple teams, choose your assigned team.
- The system will redirect you to the Engage Dashboard.
- Single-Sign On (If Applicable)
- Enter in your email address
- Leave the password field blank and hit Enter or select ‘Login’.
- You’ll then be redirected to your domain login.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- If you didn’t receive the OTP, check your spam folder or request a new one.
- If your password is incorrect, click Forgot your password? to reset it.
