How do I log into Engage?

Learn how to securely access Engage using your login credentials and OTP.

Steps to Log In

  1. Open Engage in your browser
    • Navigate to Engage.
    • Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox.
  2. Enter your credentials
    • Input your email and password.
    • Click Log In.
  3. Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP)
    • Engage will send a 6-digit OTP to your registered email.
    • Locate the email and enter the OTP within 15 minutes.
    • Click Validate.
  4. Select Your Team (If Applicable)
    • If your organisation has multiple teams, choose your assigned team.
    • The system will redirect you to the Engage Dashboard.
  5. Single-Sign On (If Applicable)
    • Enter in your email address
    • Leave the password field blank and hit Enter or select ‘Login’.
    • You’ll then be redirected to your domain login.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

  • If you didn’t receive the OTP, check your spam folder or request a new one.
  • If your password is incorrect, click Forgot your password? to reset it.
