Main Interface Sections

  1. Navigation Menu (Top-Left)
    • Tickets – View and manage customer tickets.
    • Reports – Access performance and analytics reports.
    • Engage Button – Automatically opens the next priority ticket.
    • Profile Menu – Manage user settings, access guides, and log out.
  2. Landing Page Sections
    • Team Ticket Statistics – Overview of open, pending, and closed tickets.
    • Leaderboard – Displays top-performing agents.
