How do I refresh conversations to see new mentions in Engage?

How to Refresh a Conversation

  1. Open the ticket you are working on.
  2. If a new mention arrives, Engage will highlight the conversation.
  3. Click the Refresh button (chat bubble icon) to load the latest messages.

Why Should I Refresh Conversations?

  • Ensures you are responding to the most recent message.
  • Prevents sending duplicate responses if the customer has already followed up.
