How to Refresh a Conversation
- Open the ticket you are working on.
- If a new mention arrives, Engage will highlight the conversation.
- Click the Refresh button (chat bubble icon) to load the latest messages.
Why Should I Refresh Conversations?
- Ensures you are responding to the most recent message.
- Prevents sending duplicate responses if the customer has already followed up.
