The Index tracked over 1.8 million social media posts about nine leading retail companies: ASOS, Boohoo, Burberry, H&M, Next, Primark, JD Sports, Superdry and Ted Baker from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
The Index uses a consumer-driven lens to deliver strategic insight around the key themes driving negative and positive interactions towards environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.
