This year’s Index traced over 80 000 public non-enterprise posts across X for the period 1 July 2023 - 30 June 2024 to determine Botswana's favourite bank according to their customers.
Overall, consumers were net positive towards all of the banks analysed, with the Botswana banking industry ranking 3rd out of 7 markets analysed.
